Overview
The CFX Qualification Plate is a reliable, easy-to-use performance verification plate for any CFX Real-Time PCR Detection System. Predispensed with an optimized assay, SsoAdvanced™ SYBR® Green Universal Supermix, template DNA, and nuclease-free water, the CFX qualification plate requires no pipetting. Available in two formats, the 96-well plate format can be used to verify the performance of the CFX96™, CFX96 Touch™, CFX96 Touch Deep Well™, and CFX Connect™ Real-Time PCR Detection Systems, and the 384-well plate format can be used to verify the performance of the CFX384™ and CFX384 Touch™ Systems. With the user-friendly CFX Software, easily run the plate with preloaded templates and quickly obtain a pass/fail instrument performance result with the one-click Qualification Plate Check tool in the software.
