Description
Use the Aquadien Bacterial DNA Extraction and Purification Kit for the reproducible preparation of bacterial DNA from all types of water samples ready for use in real-time PCR. Detect and enumerate pathogenic bacteria including Legionella spp. including Legionella pneumophila, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella spp., and E. coli.

Aquadien Kits are AFNOR/ISO validated by AFNOR Certification according to the NF T90-471 and ISO TS 12869 standards. The iQ-Check Legionella solution (Aquadien DNA extraction kit and iQ-Check Legionella kits) is certififed NF validation (AFNOR) according to the NF T90-471 and the ISO/TS 12869.
