Choose the ProteoMiner Sequential Elution Large-Capacity Kit to simultaneously concentrate low-abundance proteins and lower the concentration of high-abundance proteins, and fractionate proteins within the enriched population by sequential elution. This kit is designed for 50 mg samples. Protein complexity of the sample is maintained.

The enrichment protocol uses a large, highly diverse library of combinatorial peptide ligands bound to beads. After high-abundance proteins have saturated all their high-affinity ligands, the unbound excess protein is washed away. Most medium- and low-abundance proteins will not saturate their ligands, resulting in no excess to be washed away. After washing the ProteoMiner Sequential Elution Reagents can then be used to fractionate the retained proteins. The elution kit contains four different elution buffers, providing multiple options for successive elution of populations of proteins with different characteristics.
