Bio-Plex Manager 6.1.1 Software Installer
Bio-Plex Manager 6.1.1 is free to Bio-Plex Manager 6.0 customers. The USB hardware protection key (dongle) for Bio-Plex Manager version 6.0 supports version 6.1.1.
Bio-Plex Manager 6.1.1 is compatible with bead regions greater than 100.

Bio-Plex Data Pro 1.1 (updated April 2012)
Features of Bio-Plex 1.1 include:
- Ability to share projects with collaborators who also have Bio-Plex Data Pro
- Multiple analytes can now be displayed in scatter plots, box and whisker graphs, and the selected tabular outputs
- Organize analytes
- Rearrange their order to suit your needs
- Remove from view until you want to see them again
Bio-Plex Data Pro Software 1.2 Installer
Bio-Plex Data Pro 1.2 includes all the features listed above as well as:
- Improved "create project" features — prompts you to choose which sample types are important to you when you create a project
- Graphs can now be zoomed to full screen

Bio-Plex Data Pro Plus 1.2 includes all the featues listed above as well as:
- Merge data from an unlimited number of data sets
- Standard curve overlays — overlay as many standard curves from as many instrument runs as you want
- Saved analysis sessions — the software will remember up to ten customized analysis settings and data charts used to vusialize the results
