Join us for this interactive webinar, in which you will learn how to engage your students in a hands-on lab experience with real CRISPR-Cas9 chromosomal gene editing. Together, we will edit an E. coli chromosomal gene as we discuss the importance of controls in learning and the predicted outcomes, nuances between gene knockouts and "cut-and-repair" techniques, and how to troubleshoot unexpected results. The first 30 registrants in the U.S. will receive a student workstation from the Out of the Blue CRISPR Kit.
