Droplet Digital PCR for Gene Expression and MicroRNA Analysis

This webinar introduces Bio-Rad's Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR) system, the principles underlying the technology, and its unique characteristics. We present a few example applications of the technology and discuss how ddPCR assays can complement existing gene expression studies and microRNA analysis techniques. Methods for multiplex ddPCR assays using EvaGreen dye are also highlighted.
