Use the iTaq Universal Probes Supermix for probe-based quantitative PCR (qPCR; simplex or duplex reaction) on any real-time PCR instrument.
- Reliable and reproducible results with any fluorogenic probe
- Blend of passive dyes, including ROX
- 5 x 1 ml (enough for 500 x 20 µl reactions)
- Antibody-mediated hot-start iTaq DNA polymerase for rapid activation (30 sec)
