This Sequi-Blot™ PVDF membrane is packaged as a 26 cm wide, 3.3 m long bulk roll. The pore size is 0.2 µm and binding capacity is 170–200 µg/cm2.
Sequi-Blot PVDF membrane is ideal for protein sequencing because it retains all protein during protein transfer and provides the binding capacity required to sequence even low-abundance samples.
