Overview
Use the 96-Well Plate Cooling Block to hold a 96-well plate on ice for transferring droplets from ddSEQ Test Cartridges used in the ddSEQ Single-Cell Isolator. The technology utilizes the disposable microfluidic cartridges to coencapsulate single cells and barcodes into subnanoliter droplets, where cell lysis and barcoding occur.
