Overview
Western blotting transfer buffers enable effective elution of proteins from the gel matrix as well as their effective binding to membranes. Four premixed transfer buffers are available: 5x TBT Transfer Buffer, 10x Tris/Glycine, 10x Tris/CAPS, and 20x SSC.
