CM Affi-Gel Blue Gel contains Cibacron Blue F3GA dye covalently coupled to CM Bio-Gel A Gel. This bifunctional gel binds both albumin and serum proteases. CM Affi-Gel Blue Gel chromatography provides a convenient initial step in the purification of serum proteins.
