Description
Use this midi Criterion Tris-HCl Protein Gel for running either denaturing or nondenaturing PAGE. The gel does not contain SDS. For denaturing electrophoresis use standard Laemmli buffers.
- For native PAGE use Native Sample Buffer and Tris/Glycine Native Running Buffer, and for separation by molecular weight use Laemmli Sample Buffer and Tris/Glycine/SDS Running Buffer
- Numbered visible well outlines for easy sample loading and identification
- 12-week shelf life
- Two wells for markers or other references
- Can be loaded with a multichannel pipet
Try Criterion Stain Free™ Tris-HCl Gels for visualization of proteins directly in gels or on blots.
