Overview
The CFX Qualification Plate is a reliable, easy-to-use performance verification plate for any CFX Real-Time PCR Detection System. Predispensed with an optimized assay, SsoAdvanced™ SYBR® Green Universal Supermix, template DNA, and nuclease-free water, the CFX qualification plate requires no pipetting. Available in two formats, the 96-well plate format can be used to verify the performance of the CFX Duet, CFX Opus 96, CFX Opus 96 Dx, CFX Opus Deepwell, CFX Opus Deepwell Dx, CFX96, CFX96 Touch, CFX96 Touch Deep Well, and CFX Connect Real-Time PCR systems, and the 384-well plate format can be used to verify the performance of the CFX Opus 384, CFX384, and CFX384 Touch Real-Time PCR Systems. With the user-friendly CFX Software, easily run the plate with preloaded templates and quickly obtain a pass/fail instrument performance result with the one-click Qualification Plate Check tool in the software.
