Use precut 7 x 8.4 cm Immun-Blot PVDF Membranes for chemiluminescent and colorimetric western blots:
- 0.2 µm pore size
- Binding capacity of 150–160 µg/cm2
- Retains target protein very strongly during protein transfer
- Reduces nonspecific protein binding that can obscure high-sensitivity detection
