ProteOn regeneration buffers are ideal for a wide variety of regeneration conditions, and are available individually or as a complete kit of nine solutions. They include:

  • Glycine buffer, 10 mM, pH 1.5
  • Glycine buffer, 10 mM, pH 2.0
  • Glycine buffer, 10 mM, pH 2.5
  • Glycine buffer, 10 mM, pH 3.0
  • SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate), 0.5%
  • Sodium hydroxide, 50 mM
  • Hydrochloric acid, 100 mM
  • Phosphoric acid, 0.85%
  • Sodium chloride, 1 M
