Affi-Gel Hz hydrazide gel activated support couples immunoglobulin G (IgG) molecules via carbohydrate moieties on the Fc region of antibody molecules. Fc attachment results in a more specific antigen-antibody interaction and 100–300% higher antigen binding capacity than that of other media.
Affi-Gel Hz support advantages include:
