This cost-saving bundle allows your students to do real CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing and to confirm the gene edits at the molecular level using PCR and agarose gel electrophoresis.

Each bundle contains the following materials for 8 student workstations (2–4 students per workstation):
- Out of the Blue CRISPR Kit (12012608EDU)
- Out of the Blue Genotyping Extension (12012607EDU)
- Small UView DNA Electrophoresis Pack (1660462EDU), which contains:
- Agarose powder, 25 g (1613100EDU)
- 50x TAE electrophoresis buffer, 100 ml (1660742EDU)
- 6x UView Loading Dye and Stain, 1 ml (1665112EDU)
Please refer to each component page for storage and other details. UView Loading Dye requires the use of a UV transilluminator, such as the UView Mini Transilluminator (1660531EDU), sold separately.
