Overview
Choose Zero -mr Agarose for isoelectric focusing (IEF) of very high molecular weight proteins or complexes that will be retarded in polyacrylamide gels. Zero electroendosmosis (EEO) agarose reduces internal convection providing higher resolution separations.
- No detectable EEO (-mr) eliminates gradient drift in the neutral pH region
- Both focusing and postrun processing are faster than IEF using polyacrylamide
- Gel strength of a 1.0% gel ≥700 g/cm2
