Profinity eXact™ Purification Resin, 10 ml #1563005

Choose Profinity eXact Purification Resin to simplify purification and tag removal of fusion-tagged proteins. This resin can be used with a range of reagents, including detergents, reducing agents, buffering agents, and a variety of additives.

• Consists of a Superflow agarose bead, which uses the modified subtilisin protease as its ligand
• Fusion-tag proteins contain prodomain sequence of ligand
• Provides high mechanical stability to withstand the pressure limits of low-to-medium column chromatography
• Stable across a wide pH range (2–13)
