Overview

Replication competent lentivirus (RCL) testing is a critical quality control step in lentiviral vector manufacturing for cell and gene therapy applications. The Vericheck QX700^TM ddPCR^TM Replication Competent Lentivirus Kit is a ddPCR-based solution designed for rapid, sensitive, and specific detection of viral replication genes that may indicate the presence of RCL. By combining absolute quantification with streamlined workflow and automated data analysis, the kit helps reduce turnaround time compared with traditional cell culture–based methods while supporting confident in-house testing on the QX700 ddPCR platform.
