Overview
Bio-Rad offers two tracking dyes for monitoring electrophoresis runs: bromophenol blue for monitoring protein electrophoresis and xylene cyanole FF for monitoring nucleic acid electrophoresis. All dyes and stains should be stored at room temperature, dry, and away from direct sunlight.
