Immun-Blot® PVDF/Filter Paper Sandwiches #1620239

This Immun-Blot PVDF membrane package contains 50 sheets of 8.5 x 13.5 cm precut, preassembled blotting membrane and filter paper sandwiches, which fit Criterion and Criterion XT midi-format precast gels. The pore size is 0.2 µm and binding capacity is 150–160 µg/cm².

Immun-Blot PVDF membrane is ideal for chemiluminescent and colorimetric western blots because it retains target protein very strongly during protein transfer but reduces nonspecific protein binding that can obscure high-sensitivity detection. The precut and preassembled blotting membrane and filter paper sets are designed to simplify western blotting setup.
