Overview
Deliver maximum PCR efficiency, specificity, and sensitivity in Droplet Digital PCR using the QX700 ddPCR EvaGreen® Supermix.* This 5x concentrated, ready-to-use mix can be used with the QX700 ddPCR Series Systems* and supports the detection of double-stranded DNA targets after amplification using commercially available EvaGreen® assays.

- Ideal packaging size for smaller scale projects. Small volume minimizes expired product and contamination due to repeated pipetting
- Contains all components required for EvaGreen® based Droplet Digital PCR, except primers and template
- Enables double-stranded DNA detection—only primers are needed to amplify and detect product

- Hot-start polymerase keeps enzyme inactive during sample droplet partitioning
