Overview
EconoFit Chromatography Column prepacked with Nuvia™ wPrime 2A, a mixed-mode resin combining weak anion exchange (AEX) and hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC).
The dual interaction modes allow for different selectivity and can help address purification challenges that are difficult to resolve with single-mode resins. In Nuvia wPrime 2A Media, the strength of the AEX interaction can be tuned by adjusting the pH, offering greater flexibility in optimizing separation conditions for specific needs. For example, its weaker AEX character may enable milder elution conditions compared to strong AEX resins. Nuvia™ wPrime 2A can facilitate achieving high yields and purity for various biomolecules including recombinant proteins, monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), bispecific antibodies (bsAbs) and viruses such as AAV.
