Econo-Pac Protein A Prepacked Columns for gravity-flow chromatography allow fast and simplified antibody purification. These prepacked Econo-Pac columns are filled with Affi-Gel^® Protein A Media and include an upper frit, a snap-off end tip, graduated column markings, and a 30 ml total column volume. To improve column performance at higher flow rates, use an Econo-Pac Flow Adaptor (738-0019).
