Description
Use the iQ-Check E. coli O157:H7 PCR Detection Kit for identifying E.coli O157:H7 DNA sequences in foodstuffs and environmental samples. This test can be run in parallel with other iQ-Check Kits.

- Results in as little as 12 hr
- For raw ground beef, combine with parallel detection of Salmonella with the iQ-Check Salmonella II PCR Detection Kit
- Use for confirmation of single isolated colonies from E. coli O157:H7 agar plates such as RAPID'E.coli O157:H7 Agar
- Use with iQ-Check STEC VirX and SerO PCR Detection Kits for screening for virulence genes
- For high throughput, use the iQ-Check Prep System, a robotic liquid handling platform performing DNA extraction and PCR plate setup
