Use Fraser Broth Supplement with Fraser Broth Base for selective secondary enrichment of Listeria spp. for use with chromogenic tests such as RAPID'L.mono, RAPID'Listeria spp., or AL (Agar Listeria according to Ottaviani and Agosti) Agar Plates, when detecting and enumerating Listeria spp including Listeria monocytogenes.
