Overview
Use Single-Component TMB Peroxidase EIA Substrate for horseradish peroxidase immunoassays. This substrate develops a deep blue color in the presence of peroxidase-labeled conjugate.
- One-bottle stabilized chromogenic substrate with long term-stability and lower sensitivity
- Contains both 3,3’,5,5’ tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)
- Detection wavelength 450 nm
- Does not contain DMF or DMSO
- Not suitable for use with assays requiring a precipitating substrate
