Overview
iQ™ SYBR® Green Supermix 2x Real-Time PCR Mix contains 100 mM KCl, 40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.4, 0.4 mM each dNTP, 50 U/ml iTaq DNA polymerase, 6 mM MgCl2, SYBR® Green I, and 20 nM fluorescein. There is enough mix (2.5 ml) for 100 x 50 µl reactions.
iQ™ SYBR® Green Supermix can be used as a refill for the Crime Scene Investigator PCR Basics™ Real-Time PCR Starter Kit (1662660EDU) and GMO Investigator™ Real-Time PCR Starter Kit (1662560EDU) and for classroom laboratory needs. This product is for education use only.
