Overview

MPC Ceramic Hydroxyfluoroapatite Resin, a composite of hydroxyapatite and fluoroapatite (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)1.5(F)0.5), is a complementary addition to our line of ceramic apatite mixed-mode chromatography resins. This second-generation ceramic apatite Type I (40 µm) mixed-mode resin confers greater pH stability, providing better process economics to the biopharmaceutical scientist. MPC Resin retains the unique separation properties and unmatched selectivity and resolution of our CHT Ceramic Hydroxyapatite Resins.

MPC Ceramic Hydroxyfluoroapatite Resin delivers value by providing:

  • High physical and chemical stability
  • Exceptional separation of contaminants and aggregates in a single step
  • Simple and rapid column packing

The addition of MPC Resin displays our commitment to our ceramic apatite business and further builds upon our expertise in mixed-mode chromatography. Please contact your local Bio-Rad representative to request a sample of MPC Ceramic Hydroxyfluoroapatite Resin.
