
Overview
iQ SYBR Green Supermix is formulated to achieve optimal results for a wide array of real-time PCR applications with the convenience of SYBR Green I detection chemistry. This preblended 2x solution contains an optimized concentration of SYBR Green I dye for sensitive and accurate detection, hot-start iTaq DNA Polymerase, a proprietary buffer and stabilizers specifically optimized for qPCR using SYBR Green I, and qPCR-qualified dNTPs. This supermix also contains fluorescein, which is used as a passive reference dye for well-factor collection on certain real-time PCR detection systems. Use of iQ SYBR Green Supermix minimizes preparation time, produces reliable results for real-time PCR assays, and provides precise linear detection over six orders of magnitude.
