Overview
The naica® IQ/OQ Kit is a ready-to-use solution for performing routine operational qualification (OQ) on QX700 E, S, and HT Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR) Systems. Designed for use by trained laboratory personnel, the kit includes a validated 6-color assay compatible with RDG16 Cartridge consumables. While initial IQ and OQ must be conducted by Bio-Rad personnel, the kit supports ongoing system verification to maintain compliance with operating specifications. For use only with included materials; not intended for external samples or Performance Qualification (PQ).

- The naica® IQ/OQ Kit, used with RDG16 Cartridge consumables, supports Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) procedures on the QX700 Droplet Digital PCR Series Systems using a validated 6-color assay. For RDG16 Cartridge handling, refer to the appropriate Instructions for Use (IFU)
- Following successful IQ/OQ, the kit enables routine OQ to monitor system performance and ensure ongoing compliance with operating specifications
- The kit is designed to be used only with its supplied sample material and is not suitable for external samples or for Performance Qualification (PQ)
