Bio-Plex Pro SARS-CoV-2 Serological Assays provide sensitive and specific measurements of antibodies against four SARS-CoV-2 proteins: nucleocapsid, receptor binding domain, spike 1, and spike 2 viral antigens. Three isotype-specific antibodies are detected: IgA, IgG, and IgM, providing the spectrum of antibody response over time after COVID-19 vaccine administration or natural exposure to SARS-CoV-2.

How to Order Individual Bio-Plex SARS-CoV-2 Serology Assay Components
Human samples require four components for a complete assay:
- Antigen-coupled beads
- Isotype-specific detection antibody
- Isotype-specific control set
- Human Serology Assay Reagent Kit (12014777)
For samples from other species, researchers must provide their own biotinylated anti-species detection antibody, positive and negative controls, and select a reagent kit appropriate for the chosen species.
