Beyond gel and blot imaging, the ChemiDoc Pro also enables imaging of microscope slides, petri dishes, and tissue culture plates, providing a versatile solution for a wide range of laboratory applications.
Flexible analysis options allow users to choose the workflow that best fits their needs. Leverage BR.io cloud-based Advanced Image Analysis for automated, streamlined analysis and enhanced workflow efficiency, or use the traditional Image Lab Desktop software for a familiar, powerful desktop-based analysis experience.

Choose the right imaging tray for each combination of excitation/emission or staining method. The ChemiDoc Pro Imaging System comes with:
- 1 Blot Sample Tray (#12026421): exclusively for membrane imaging with the ChemiDoc Pro System. Works with all blot detection methods. Opaque glass ensures darkest background for chemiluminescence and fluorescence applications
- 1 UV/Stain-Free sample Tray (#12012189): for UV-excited stains (e.g., EtBr, GelRed, SYBR® dyes) or Stain-Free imaging
- White Sample Tray (#12019873): Coomassie Blue and other white-light stains
- 1 blue sample tray (#12019748): for nucleic acid applications with StarBright™ 520, StarBright 700, GelGreen, or any SYBR® stain
