Overview
The CFX Opus Deepwell Real-Time PCR System is the newest real-time PCR system in our robust CFX Family, and it is specifically designed for larger reaction volumes. The CFX Opus Deepwell can analyze 96 wells with volumes up to 125 µl and offers several new features over our previous large-volume system:
- More uniform thermal performance
- Expanded connectivity — Wi-Fi, ethernet, and USB
- Network storage drive access for excellent data management
- Shuttle optical system continues to yield consistent optical measurements across your sample plate
