The second module in Cloning and Sequencing Explorer Series, the GAPDH PCR Module allows students to amplify the GAPC gene from a plant. Materials include primers, PCR master mix, controls, exonuclease, molecular weight ruler, loading dye, sterile water, test tubes/holders, and curriculum. This product is for education use only.
