Description

Choose molecular biology grade AG 50W-X8 Resin for strong cation exchange. Use this hydrogen-form resin for gravity or low-pressure chromatography.

  • Selective for hydrophobic, cationic ethidium and propidium ions, repelling strongly anionic nucleic acids
  • Removes free fluorescent dye from fluorescently labeled DNA and RNA
  • Thermal stability to 150 °C; may be autoclaved
  • High resistance to acid, base, organic solvents, and oxidizing and reducing agents
  • Certified to be endo- and exonuclease-free and contain no ligase inhibitors.
  • Larger volumes and special packaging are available upon request
