Overview
The naica® 5X Multiplex ddPCR Mix is designed for use with QX700 Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR™) Series Systems, enabling high-resolution genetic analysis. This ready-to-use, two-component solution is specifically intended for use with fluorescently labeled probe-based assays (such as TaqMan®) in combination with the RDG16 Cartridge on the QX700 Series Systems.
The naica® 5X Multiplex ddPCR Mix has been developed for optimized performance in multiplexed digital PCR on the QX700 E, QX700 S, and QX700 HT Droplet Digital PCR Systems.* It is fully compatible with the RDG16 Cartridge, enabling high-performance digital PCR workflows.

The concentrated format reduces total input volume, freeing up space in the reaction mix to accommodate multiple primers and probes and/or increased sample volume — boosting multiplexing capacity and sensitivity for low-abundance and rare targets - Internal reference dye for droplet detection
Includes a built-in internal reference dye compatible with the QX700 Series Systems, ensuring accurate partition detection and assay consistency - Validated compatibility and stability
Extensively tested for use with QX700 Droplet Digital PCR Series Systems and the RDG16 Cartridge. Stable until the expiration date when stored under recommended conditions - Manufactured to ISO 13485 standards
