ddPLEX EGFR/KRAS/BRAF Positive Control #12023522
The ddPLEX EGFR/KRAS/BRAF Positive Control is used with the ddPLEX EGFR/KRAS/BRAF Mutation Detection Assays to detect key non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) variants and allows for calculation of variant allele frequencies in both plasma and tumor tissue samples. This control is also provided as part of the full ddPLEX EGFR/KRAS/BRAF Mutation Detection Kit (Cat No. 17010491).

Overview
Use the ddPLEX EGFR/KRAS/BRAF Positive Control together with the ddPLEX EGFR/KRAS/BRAF Mutation Detection Assays to detect 37 key non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) mutations. This positive control is provided separately but is also available as part of the ddPLEX EGFR/KRAS/BRAF Mutation Detection Kit.
When used with Bio-Rad’s QX600TM Droplet DigitalTM PCR (ddPCRTM) System*, ddPLEX EGFR/KRAS/BRAF Mutation Detection Assays, Supermix, and DTT reagents, labs can process up to 42 unknown samples per plate and complete sample loading to data generation in under 8 hours. Each positive control vial contains 100µL enough for approximately four plate experiments.
