Overview
Use the Droplet Reader Oil with the QX600 or QX200™ Droplet Reader. Following PCR amplification of the nucleic acid target, the reader analyzes each droplet individually using a two-color detection system. PCR-positive and PCR-negative droplets are counted to provide quantification.
