Overview
The Mammals, Insects, and Fungi PCR Module offers the reagents and plastic consumables required for easy, effective PCR amplification of the cytochrome oxidase I (COI) gene from mammal and insect samples, and of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) from fungi samples. It may be used as a stand-alone PCR module or as a component of the DNA Barcoding Kits.
