Connectivity Software Solutions

Bio-Rad offers specific software solutions for data analysis and for data import and export to ensure traceability throughout the TeSeE assay protocol.

Data Analysis

Microplate Manager Software, version 5.2, associated with the TeSeE analysis module, is compatible with Model 680 series microplate readers and features:

• Sample data collection from the TeSeE NSP system (for example, plate layout, well positions, sample IDs)
• Interpretation of optical density (OD) values
• Data export to the laboratory information management system (LIMS)

Data Import and Export

Morpheus software allows:

• Extraction of sample data from the TeSeE NSP system
• Data export to the Evolis 5°C microplate system
• Data export to laboratory information management System (LIMS)

At the end of the procedure, all test results can be sent to the LIMS.
