Syphilis Total Ab Assay
The Syphilis Total Ab Assay is a semi-quantitative enzyme immunoassay kit, used for the detection of total antibodies (IgG, IgM, IgA) to Treponema pallidum in human serum or plasma specimens.
This test can be used to aid in the diagnosis of patients where syphilis infection is suspected as well as for the screening of blood donations.
The Syphilis Total Ab assay is available in a choice of packaging to suit laboratory testing volumes (1 plate - 96 tests; 5 plates - 480 tests) and can be used manually, with standalone systems (microplate reader, washer, incubator systems), or on fully automated systems.

In conjunction with screening tests such as Syphilis Total Ab Assay, the Syphilis IgM EIA can be used as an aid in the diagnosis and investigation of cases of syphilis.
The Syphilis IgM EIA can be used manually with standalone systems (microplate reader, washer, incubator systems) or on fully automated microplate systems. It is available in a packaging of 1 plate - 96 tests.

The CAPTIA Syphilis (T. pallidum)-G Assay is an enzyme immunoassay for the qualitative detection of IgG antibodies to T. pallidum in serum specimens, to be used in conjunction with non-treponemal testing to provide serological evidence of infection with T. pallidum (the agent of syphilis). This assay is also intended to screen blood to help plasma donors exclude a history of syphilis.
The CAPTIA Syphilis (T. pallidum)-G Assay is available in a choice of packaging to suit laboratory testing volumes (1 plate - 96 tests or 10 plates - 960 tests). It can be used manually with standalone systems (microplate reader, washer, incubator systems).
