Syphilis Microplate Enzyme Immunoassays
Syphilis microplate enzyme immunoassays (EIA) include the Syphilis Total Antibody Assay and the Syphilis IgM EIA Assay for testing in human serum or plasma.
The Syphilis Total Antibody Assay measures antibodies to Treponema pallidum during the different stages of syphilis infection and can also be used for the screening of blood donations. The Syphilis IgM EIA Assay aids in acute infection diagnosis.
These treponemal assays can be used manually or with fully automated microplate systems to meet medium to high throughput requirements.
Syphilis microplate enzyme immunoassays can be run on various Bio-Rad immunoassay testing instruments.
Syphilis microplate enzyme immunoassays include the CAPTIA Syphilis IgG Assay, a treponemal assay for measuring antibodies to infection in human serum or plasma. It can also be used for the screening of blood donations.
The CAPTIA Syphilis IgG Assay can be used manually.
This assay can be run on various Bio-Rad immunoassay testing instruments.
