QX200™ AutoDG™ ddPCR™ System, IVD

The QX200 AutoDG ddPCR System, IVD, is Bio-Rad's Droplet Digital™ PCR system that is FDA-cleared for use with QXDx BCR-ABL %IS Kit monitoring in the clinical lab. The same system, which includes the Automated Droplet Generator, IVD, and QX200 Droplet Reader, IVD, provides precise and absolute quantification of target DNA and RNA molecules in a wide variety of research applications.

The QX200 AutoDG ddPCR System, IVD, is used and validated with the following thermal cycler specifications:

• Accuracy: ±0.2°C
• Uniformity: ±0.4°C well-to-well within 10 sec
• Adjustable ramp capability with required ramp rate: up to 2°C/sec
• Temperature range: 4–95°C

The C1000 Touch Thermal Cycler with 96–Deep Well Reaction Module (1851197) was used during the development and validation efforts of all QXDx products.
