The QX ONE ddPCR System is designed to deliver a precise and multiplexed digital PCR system. This system seamlessly integrates a standard ddPCR workflow of droplet generation, thermal cycling, droplet reading, and analysis into a hands-free precision platform.

Predesigned, wet-lab validated ddPCR Assays are now available for mutation and copy number detection
  • Pathogen detection — employ extreme precision to quantify small fold changes in target DNA or RNA molecules in pathogen detection and monitoring
  • Next generation sequencing — perform orthogonal testing of NGS results
  • Environmental monitoring — test a wide variety of environmental samples such as soil and water
