Overview
Bio-Rad offers a complete selection of the individual components contained in the Kallestad HEp-2 Complete Kits, allowing for maximum flexibility in ordering.
Kallestad HEp-2 Complete Kits are intended for the detection and semi-quantitation of antinuclear antibodies (ANA) using the indirect fluorescent antibody (IFA) procedure. Each kit contains all the necessary components for the procedure: HEp-2 substrate slides, FITC conjugate, PBS, mounting medium, negative control, homogeneous positive control, Evans blue counterstain and blotters.
