Description
The iQ-Design Assay Aspergillus terreus reagent is used for the individual identification of Aspergillus terreus in cannabis and cannabis-infused products.
The iQ-Design Assay Aspergillus terreus is a single-plex based on gene amplification and detection by real-time PCR. Ready-to-use PCR reagent contains oligonucleotides (primer and probes) specific for A. terreus. A positive control, iQ-Design Assay Aspergillus + terreus Positive Control (12018493) is included separately.
The iQ-Design Assay products are wet-lab validated for use with the iQ Multiplex Powermix (17007081) amplification reagent. They are designed and optimized for iQ-Check DNA extraction workflows and compatible with Bio-Rad's CFX96 Touch Deep Well PCR Detection System
