Bio-Rad offers a complete selection of the individual components contained in Kallestad Crithidia luciliae Complete Kits. Components are available in a wide range of ordering options for maximum flexibility.
Kallestad Crithidia luciliae Complete Kits are intended for the detection and semi-quantitation of autoantibodies to native DNA (nDNA) antigens using the indirect fluorescence antibody (IFA) procedure. Each kit contains all the necessary components for the IFA procedure: Crithidia luciliae substrate slides, FITC conjugate, PBS, mounting medium, negative control, positive nDNA control, Evans blue counterstain and blotters. Wells are spaced for use with a multichannel pipette; controls are pre-diluted and ready to use. Kits are packaged for flexible volume ordering and automation options are available.
