Aurum Affi-Gel Blue mini columns effectively remove up to 90% of albumin from serum or plasma samples by affinity chromatography.Albumin removal reduces protein load by 70–80%, allowing the application of 34 times more serum and significantly improving theresolution of polypeptide spots on 2-D gels. Columns are available individually in packs of 25 or 100, or with buffers as part of the Aurum Affi-Gel Blue mini kit.
